Deblick's own production facility
"To make it clear to our customer that Deblick and Deblick's acoustic products (with sheep's wool) are the only right choice, we were invited to their own production facility in Eindhoven. So that the customer could see for themselves how the panels and cubes are made in an artisanal, circular way and we could speak to the people who passionately make the products every day.
Within the design, the cubes could be executed in a "safe" color of gray or in a bright yellow. Our interior designer had a strong preference for the yellow variant, but the client was initially hesitant about this striking color. Thanks to Deblick's input and inspiration, the client dared to choose the yellow cubes. The result is to the great satisfaction of Loodswezen''.
Deblick makes from spaces to places so truly true!
Improved acoustics: "we immediately had to think of Deblick."
Linda Quist is project manager at Rever Interieurprojecten and was responsible for the renovation of the Loodswezen office. There was a need for better zoning, more variety of workplaces and spaces, an improvement of the acoustics, the climate and making the brand identity visible.
On the first floor, we placed volumes in strategic places and hung buffers. In addition to the new layout on the first floor, on the second floor we arranged the office spaces according to the needs of the various working groups. Of course, the positioning took into account the preservation of the magnificent sea view.
Deblick
"For the acoustic modifications within this turnkey project, we immediately had to think of Deblick. Rever and Deblick have been realizing projects together to our full satisfaction for years and from the preliminary design onwards Jacomien Ligthart Schenk of Deblick thought along with us. It's not just about acoustic values and the best layout, the cooperation with Deblick is also in the little things. For example, Jacomien calls early in the project to think along with us about hanging the visuals. So that when the aerial platform arrives, the suspension points can be taken away immediately. Those are small fine things in the cooperation, wonderful when you, as a project manager, are relieved."
"The sense of aesthetics and natural flexibility of the people at Deblick are also hugely important to us. A strong wish of mine was an invisible connection of the cubes to the building installation. Jacomien thought along and made sure the connections were on the underside of the cubes so that the cabling could be routed directly to the floor duct below. The cubes now connect seamlessly to the floor and no cables are visible (A particularly nice result!).
