Assuralia, the professional association of insurance companies in Belgium, opted for a total project in which design, sustainability and functionality are central. In collaboration with Wah Wah Design and office furnisher Pami, an inspiring work environment was realized that perfectly fits the modern hybrid work culture.
The choice of local partners reflects Assuralia's vision of sustainability. Pami's Belgian production and use of European materials are an important foundation of this project.
Focus and collaboration in balance
The goal was clear: create a work environment where employees can focus, collaborate and connect. This was achieved through a careful mix of colors, materials and innovative furniture solutions.
Acoustic solutions by Deblick: For the acoustic interpretation, Pami engaged its partner Deblick. From its production facility in Eindhoven, Deblick developed acoustic cubes and booths that contribute to calm and concentration within the open work environment.
The solutions are ideal for individual focus, online meetings or confidential conversations. Thanks to the circular process and the use of natural materials, such as sheep's wool, the products also contribute to a healthier indoor environment.
Through conscious design and material choices, Deblick perfectly aligns with Assuralia's vision for the future: a sustainable, comfortable and future-proof workplace.
"At Deblick, everything is developed and produced in-house. This enables us to provide high-quality, circular and sustainable products that meet the needs of modern organizations such as Assuralia,"
said Lucia Lunetta, senior account manager at Pami.
